Working closely with trusted local fishermen in Southwest Nova Scotia, we source premium hard-shell Atlantic lobsters from fishing areas known for their exceptional quality and full, flavorful meat.

From the moment a lobster leaves the boat to the moment it reaches your kitchen, every step is carefully managed for freshness, safety, quality, and traceability.
