1. About Us

Lobster LuxNS is a seafood supplier based in Dubai, UAE, supplying live Atlantic Canadian lobster and other seafood products to businesses and customers, primarily across the GCC.

2. Products

We supply live Atlantic Canadian lobster and, depending on availability, other Atlantic seafood products and frozen options. Product descriptions, sizes, and grades on our website are for general guidance. Lobster sizes are approximate and may vary naturally. Availability depends on season and supply.

3. Enquiries and Quotations

Orders begin with an enquiry through our website form, by email, by phone, or by WhatsApp. We will respond with pricing and availability based on your product, size, and quantity requirements. Quotations are valid only for the period stated in the quotation. Prices may change with market conditions and supply.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed only when we accept it in writing (including by email or WhatsApp). Once confirmed, any change or cancellation must be requested as early as possible. Because we handle live seafood, we may not be able to accept changes or cancellations close to dispatch or delivery, and costs already incurred may be charged.

5. Pricing, VAT and Payment

Prices are quoted in the currency stated in your quotation. Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of VAT, which is added at the applicable rate and shown on our tax invoice. VAT-registered business customers should provide their Tax Registration Number (TRN) when placing an order so we can issue the correct invoice. Payment terms, methods, and any deposit requirements are agreed at the time of order confirmation. We may delay or withhold supply if payment is overdue.

6. Delivery

• We deliver by refrigerated transport, and delivery is available around the clock, including weekends and holidays, subject to prior arrangement.
• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs, flight schedules, or weather.
• You must provide accurate delivery details and ensure someone is available to receive the order. Live seafood should be received and stored promptly on arrival.

7. Inspection and Dead-Loss Protection

• Please inspect your order on delivery and report any issue to us promptly.
• Our commercial terms include dead-loss protection for live lobster. Claims must be reported to us promptly after delivery, with supporting photos or details where requested, so we can verify the issue.
• Dead-loss protection does not apply to losses caused by improper handling, storage, or holding after delivery. The specific terms and claim period are confirmed in your order or commercial agreement.

8. Live Seafood Handling

Live seafood is perishable and must be handled and stored correctly once delivered. After delivery, responsibility for proper storage, handling, and food safety rests with the buyer. Our lobsters are held in our Dubai facility for no more than three weeks before delivery.

9. Quality and Compliance

We source our seafood from trusted fishing partners and supply it with the required certification for transport. We aim to meet applicable food-safety, import, and quality requirements. Buyers are responsible for complying with any local licensing or import rules that apply to their own business.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of the affected products. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or loss of business. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural events, supply shortages, transport disruptions, customs delays, or government action.

11. Website Use

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse it, copy its content for commercial use without permission, or attempt to interfere with its operation. All content, logos, and branding on this website belong to Lobster LuxNS. Information on the website is provided for general purposes and may be updated at any time.

12. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they were last changed. Orders are governed by the terms in effect at the time they were confirmed.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Dubai.
